ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to cancel the patta in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 based on the petitioner's representations dated 09.01.2023 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner relating to the land in Survey No.8/1A and 8/3A situated at Poonithanahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property, however, patta is granted in favour of the private respondents. Hence, seeks a direction to cancel the same and issue in favour of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2023.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the private respondents and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
