O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of the original documents deposited under the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 02.03.2009 (Doc.No.979/2009) and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to accept the certified copy of the original deeds for registration of the documents in future relating to the properties comprised in new S.F.No.416//1 (1.77 acres) New S.F.No.3/3 (2.78 Acres) New S.F.No.3/6 (10 cents) and new S.F.No.3/1 (35 cents) totally 5.00 acres of Vinnapalli Village,Sathyamangalam Taluk, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2017, 27.02.2018 and 02.03.2018.

Subsequent to the order passed by this Court, dated 22.12.2021, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had produced a copy of the Non-Traceable Certificate dated 11.01.2022, issued in favour of Mr.K.M.Velusamy, the petitioner herein. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also received the Non-Traceable Certificate.

Therefore, in view of the above submissions, the first limb of the prayer will become infructuous and however, with regard to the second limb of the prayer, the third respondent is directed to accept the certified copy for registration of the documents in future relating to the properties comprised in new S.F.No.416//1 (1.77 acres) New S.F.No.3/3 (2.78 Acres) New S.F.No.3/6 (10 cents) and new S.F.No.3/1 (35 cents) totally 5.00 acres of Vinnapalli Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
