ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.143 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Katpadi, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Arni.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while the child is four months old, he left her. Now, she is having 3 year old child and she has to look after the child. Hence, she felt discomfort in attending the court hearings. Therefore, she prayed to transfer the proceedings to the file of learned Subordinate Court, Arni.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.143 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Katpadi, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Arni. The learned trial Judge is directed to issue notice to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the matter and dispose the same within a period of four months. Both the parties are directed to go for mediation.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 12-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RPP To
