This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash First Information Report filed in Crime No.8 of 2015 against the petitioners pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. This petition was listed for admission on 23.01.2018. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 13.02.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter even for admission. Therefore, it is pending for the past two and half years without even admitting. It shows that the petitioner has not interested to proceed the matter further. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
