On that day, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and took adjournment. At his request, the matter stood adjourned to 18.01.2018. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
