Heard Mr.D.Saikumarran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidaran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings of the second respondent dated 30.07.2024 and the same indicate that rules have been framed and the petitioner has been given promotion. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirmed the same.
