CMP.No.306 to 309 of 2012 KBKVJ Heard the learned counsel for the proposed parties, who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and also the learned counsel for the contesting first respondent.

All the civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant & to restore the second appeal on file. Though the petitions are seriously opposed by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Court having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions which explains the delay of absence, deems it fit to order all the civil miscellaneous petitions.
