ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.04.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4 (1-A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937, in Crime No.144 of 2021. He seeks bail.

3. Before I could consider the petition for bail, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) informs that the petitioner has already been detained as Bootlegger.

4. Hence, nothing survives for consideration for the present.
