2. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 02.08.2022.

3. Adverting to aforementioned earlier proceedings, Mr.C.Kaveen, learned counsel for lone applicant [Zolostays] submits that both respondents have been duly served. Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel with address for service at No.326, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai - 600 001 is before this Court on behalf of the first respondent [Rajesh Kumar.G], Mr.A.Rexy Josephine Mary, learned counsel representing Mr.Chevanan.Mohan of M/s. King and Partridge [Law Firm] is before this Court on behalf of the second respondent [HDFC Bank]. Learned counsel for applicant [Zolostays] and first respondent [Rajesh Kumar.G] submit in one voice that the matter has been settled as between the parties. Learned counsel for first respondent [Rajesh Kumar.G] submits that he is not opposing the prayer in the captioned application. Learned 1/3

counsel for second respondent [HDFC Bank] submits that it is only a formal party and therefore, they will only stand bound by the orders which this Court makes.

In the light of the narrative thus far and in the light of the fact that prayer in the captioned application is not opposed by the first respondent, captioned application is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
