This petition is filed seeking to initiate an action of contempt against the respondent in not complying with the order dated 23.02.2021 made in W.P.No.3676 of 2021.

2. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate submits that the relief sought by the petitioner has been rejected since the property over which he seeks patta is classified as water body in the revenue records, vide proceedings dated 01.09.2021 itself. He also circulated a copy of the said proceedings to the Court.

3. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner has a right in law to feel aggrieved, then it is open to him to pursue such legal measures to remedy his cause. No costs.
