[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein/police to produce the body of the detenu Muthu Saravanan, aged 33 years, S/o.Govindaraj Pandian, before this Court forthwith and set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, N.Sivakumar (Mobile No.94981 28655), Inspector of Police, S-7, Madipakkam Police Station, Chennai, is present.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor denied the allegations made in the affidavit of the petitioner and submitted that Muthu Saravanan has been arrested by the Inspector of Police, Madipakkam Police Station, in Crime No.55 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 148, 341, 302 and 307 IPC and he is being produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Alandur, Chennai, today. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
