(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Kadambri Suresh, learned counsel for Mr.S.V.Pravin Rathinam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by

Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Today, a status report has been filed by the Additional Director, Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Chennai, wherein, it is stated that Mobile Veterinary Units are being prepared for inauguration and final works, such as mandatory servicing, oil change, battery check up, etc. are going on. It is also stated that after clearance from the Force Motors and approval from the Government, the Mobile Veterinary Units will be launched in the State within eight weeks.
