Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue instructions to the 3rd respondent to issue appointment orders to the petitioners whose names are included in the provisional selection list dated 11.01.2020 published by the 2nd respondent comprising the names of 697 candidates who have participated in the selection process of written exam and certificate verification following communal reservation pursuant to Notification No.09/2019 dated 01.03.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent for the posts of Computer Instructor Grade I (Post Graduate cadre).

2. In view of the order passed in W.P.Nos.35198/2019 etc. batch today, this Writ petition is allowed to the extent that no candidate from the disputed three Centres, viz.,(1) KSR College of Engineering, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District,
(2) Annai College of Engineering & Technology, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District & (3)Kongunadu College of Engineering & Technology, Thiruchirappalli District, should be given appointment.
