a)a sum of Rs.32,50,000/- with further interest at the rate of 12% p.a. on the principal sum of Rs.25,00,000/- from 26.11.2011 till the date of realization and b) costs of the suit;

J U D G M E N T

The suit has been laid by the plaintiff for recovery of money on the basis of the promissory note but the defendant has not contested the case of the plaintiff and accordingly set ex-parte.

2.In support of the plaintiff's case, the plaintiff examined himself as PW1 and the documents Exs.P1 to P4 were marked. 3.Considering the evidence of PW1 and also the documents marked as Exs.P1 to P4, it is found that the plaintiff has established his claim.

4. In the result, the suit is decreed as prayed for with costs.
