ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to summons in Na.Ka.No.325/COP/PGP/TPR City/2023 Dated 30.03.2023 issued by the respondent and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the enquiry initiated on the basis of the complaint given by one Sagadevsundi, Proprietor of ALMA Sourcing, was transferred to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Tiruppur. Therefore, the summons issued to the petitioner has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) this criminal original petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the summons, if any, received by him, in future, in connection with the complaint given by Sagadevsundi, Proprietor of ALMA Sourcing.
