With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner is an agriculturist. He made allegation against the 4th respondent through his complaint, dated 04.06.2015, to the 2nd respondent. Now, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to dispose of his complaint dated 04.06.2015.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Based on the complaint, the 3rd respondent herein, viz., The Assistant Director of Agriculture (Quality Control), was appointed as an Enquiry Officer and he has issued a notice dated 13.06.2015, directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 18.06.2015. Hence, the complaint of the petitioner was taken cognizance and the petitioner was directed to appear for enquiry on 18.6.2015. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the letter dated 13.06.2015, he appeared for enquiry on 18.6.2015. In these circumstances, the authorities have taken cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner and ultimately, they will decide the matter based on the materials available before them. Hence, I am not inclined to issue a direction as sought for in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
