ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Orphanage Certificate issued by the 7th respondent is bogus and in connection with the same, he has made a representation to the 6th respondent. Since the representation was not considered they filed the present Writ Petition.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 placing reliance on the affidavit submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been met and an enquiry was conducted pursuant to the complaint made against the 7th respondent herein and thereafter, it was 3/6

found that the Orphanage Certificate issued by the 7th respondent is genuine in nature.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. The petitioner is still aggrieved against the Enquiry Report, the petitioner shall work out his remedy by challenging the same.
