ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th and 5 th respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the

3/6 petitioner on 25.10.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for the removal of the statue that has been kept inside the property belonging to the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.D.Sathiyaseelan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1, 2, 4 & 5 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 3 rd respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner is pending before the 4 th and 5 th respondents and that a decision will be taken, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 25.10.2024 and take a decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
