ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 13.03.2018 made in W.A.No.1732 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Three issues arise for consideration in this contempt petition. First one is with respect to encashment of earned leave; the second one is with respect to pension; and the third one is with respect to financial up gradation.
3. Insofar as the issues pertaining to encashment of earned leave and pension are concerned, they are covered by the order passed by the learned single of this court in the writ petition. The statement made by the learned Additional Solicitor General that the payment of encashment of earned leave and pension as ordered by the learned single Judge of this court would be made within a period of eight weeks stands recorded.
4. Insofar as the third issue is concerned, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India submitted that if the petitioner gives a representation, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to give a representation on the entitlement of 2 / 3
financial up gradation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the contemnor shall pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
