Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties imposed by this Hon'ble Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.2062/2022 dated 02/02/2022 and pass such other suitable orders.

Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 02.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2062 of 2022 to surrender and execute the sureties.
