..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned final order bearing No.Z.O.VIII.C.No.188/2025 dated 27.11.2025 passed by the fifth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to effect name transfer of the subject property in the name of the petitioner in the Assessment of Property Tax, Water and Sewerage Tax and electricity connections assessed/entered within a time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Court bundle stating that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition for the present. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement stating that the petitioner shall revive the request for transfer of property tax assessment in the petitioner's name subject to the result of the appeal suit filed by the fourth respondent in A.S.No.1106 of 2025.

2. Accordingly, in terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the cause of action for transferring the property tax assessment in the name of the petitioner from the name of the fourth respondent subject to the result of the appeal suit in A.S.No.1106 of 2025.
