Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in respect of the petitioner's property in S.No.95/1-A to an extent of 21.62 cents situated at Adamabakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Chennai District based on the petitioner's application dated 26.04.2022 and his further representation dated 28.07.2023 within a stipulated period as framed by this court.

ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in respect of the petitioner's property in S.No.95/1-A to an extent of 21.62 cents situated at Adamabakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Chennai District based on the petitioner's application dated 26.04.2022 and his further representation dated 28.07.2023 within a stipulated period as framed by this court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given applications dated 26.04.2022 and 28.07.2023 to survey his land and fix the boundaries, the respondents have not taken any action to survey his land. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the applications of the petitioner dated 26.04.2022 and 28.07.2023 to survey the land of the petitioner and fix its boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
