ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 06.11.2024 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

Heard M/s.Y Kavitha for PVS Gridhar Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is pending before the 2 nd respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 06.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
