ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Section 7 of TN Rectified Spirit Rules 2000 in Crime No.616 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein was arrested in connection with the recovery of 10,815 litres of ID arrack. Based on the information given by the co-accused, this petitioner was arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the quantity of the ID arrack, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
