I heard Mr.V.Venkatasamy, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr.R.Raghavendran representing Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 and Mr.R.Jayakumar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 7 to 11.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit.

4. The order dated 08.02.2023 is set aside. The Second Appeal is restored to file.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
