CMP NOS.17256 TO 17258/2016 IN CMA NO.3192/2006 GCJ The learned counsel for the proposed respondent endorsed no objection to add the Legal heirs.

Considering the reasons stated in affidavit filed in support of these petitions and considering no objection stated by the respondents, this court, is inclined to allow all the petitions. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the main CMA on 14.11.2016.
