M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.30879 of 2014 T.S.SIVAGNANAM.J., This petition has been filed by the respondent in the writ petitions seeking extension of time granted by this Court on 26.11.2014. This Court in the said order granted three months time to settle the monetary benefits to the petitioner therein.

2. This petition for extension of time was filed on 30.04.2015. Already more than 1 1⁄2 months has lapsed. The affidavit filed in support of the petition does not specifically state as to why six months is required in the matter.

3.However, this Court is inclined to grant two months further time to comply with the order and direction issued by this Court on 26.11.2014.
