The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the rates quoted by them for supply of water through tanker lorry in the tender is very low, their claim has not been considered and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Senthilvel, the learned Additional Government Pleader accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent and would submit that the contract has been awarded in favour of the second respondent who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was the successful bidder and seeks time to communicate the decision to the petitioner.

4.In the result, the writ petition is disposed of and the first respondent is directed to communicate the decision as to the rejection of the tender submitted by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
