(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the fifth respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.5.2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law after causing an inspection of the site of the eight respondent to be made within fifteen days from today. If unauthorized construction is found, proceedings in respect thereof should be concluded within a period of two months thereafter, after notice to all concerned.
