ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Ayyamperumal (Party in Person) and Mr.R.Surya Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 02.11.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mr.Shri Raja Somasundaram, The Inspector of Police, Hosur Town, Krishnagiri is personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.12.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.592 of 2018.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
