ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 26.02.2022 for the offence under section 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act and Sections 6, 11 of RS Rules, in Crime No.126 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who involved in the illegal manufacture of IMFL, was arrested on 26.02.2022. Five hundred fake IMFL labels along with 105 litres of Pondy arrack was seized from the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent opposed granting of bail to the petitioner on the ground that the investigation is at crucial stage and the release of this petitioner will hamper the investigation.
