CMP.Nos.9152, 9154 & 9155 of 2023 in SA.No.686 of 2010 C.KUMARAPPAN, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2228 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement in impleading the legal heirs of the sole appellant.

2. The respondents filed a counter statement resisting the contention made by the petitioners.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow these applications with costs.

4. In the result, these CMPs are allowed on payment of costs of Rs.3000/- (each CMP Rs.1000/-) to the respondents on or before 13.12.2023.

On due compliance of the said order, Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
