Annam Sundaram v. M/S.Fusion Constructions

CRP.No.511 of 2016 & CMP.No.2613 of 2016 PTAJ This Court by an order dated 04/04/2019, had directed the revision petitioner to deposit a further sum of Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 11/04/2019.

Today the Counsel has produced the proof to show that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-has been deposited on 09/04/2019. The Compliance is therefore recorded.

The interim stay already granted by this Court dated 04/04/2019 is made absolute.
