ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to refer the award passed on 31.12.2020 to the Civil Court, wherein the petitioner is seeking for enhancement of compensation. 2.It is seen from the records that the representation made by the petitioner was refused to be entertained by the second respondent mainly on the ground that the representation was made after a period of 60 days from the date on which the award was passed. Without challenging the said proceedings, this writ petition has been directly filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus.

3. When the above was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel sought for an liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings of the second respondent and seek for appropriate relief.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition and seek for appropriate relief. No costs. 2/4
