ORDER

Challenging the impugned order passed in R.C.A.No.24 of 2025 by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (IX Court of Small Causes), Chennai, the Revision Petitioner/tenant had preferred this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner/tenant submitted that already possession was handed over on 28.04.2026 and the same was recorded by Rent Control Appellate Authority, Chennai in R.C.A.No.3 of 2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this C.R.P. Therefore, he prayed to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition as infructuous.

3.The learned counsel for Respondent/Landlord also admits the fact that the possession was already handed over to him.

4. Recording their submissions, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
