Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the impugned order in Pa.Mu.No.288-852-T6TNSTC-2013 dated 20.06.2015 issued by the 1st respondent to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all benefits.

With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is employed as a driver in the respondent Corporation. He was dismissed from service, by order dated 20.06.2015. The order discloses that the respondent Corporation has sought for approval for the dismissal under Section 33(2)(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act.

3. Since the order is dated 20.06.2015, the concerned authority would decide the application filed under Section 33 (2)(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act, in the course of time. Instead of contesting the application filed under Section 33(2)(b) of Industrial Disputes Act, the petitioner has questioned the dismissal order before this Court. It is clearly stated in the dismissal order itself that the respondent Corporation has sought for approval of dismissal under section 33(2)(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
