Ms.M.Lakitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2017, wherein and whereby, he has sought for survey and to fix the boundary line in Survey No.32/10 measuring an extent of 9.5 ares and another Survey No.33/2 measuring an extent of 33 Ares totally 42.5 Ares.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
