Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur to pass orders in I.N.No.1 of 2011 within a short period which may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, to pass orders in Insolvency Notice No.1 of 2011, within a stipulated period.

2.The petitioner had instituted the suit in C.S.No.547 of 2007 against the respondents, before this Court for recovery of money. 3.Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition in Insolvency Notice No.1 of 2011 before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, alleging that the respondents have committed the act of insolvency. The respondents filed their counter affidavit.

4.Mr.V.Raghupathi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case was filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur in the year 2011 and after trial, the petitioner has also filed his written argument on 12.09.2012. But so far, the learned Principal District Judge has not passed final orders. It is further submitted that the delay causes irreparable loss and mental agony to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur.

6.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, to pass final orders

in Insolvency Notice No.1 of 2011, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
