This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.05.2015 and prosecute the accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint dated 27.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, the second respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
