This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 4th respondent Police to provide protection to the petitioner's land.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against one Chinnathambi and others, petition enquiry was conducted and closed. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the petition, this Court cannot grant police protection in a civil dispute. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies before the civil Court.
