This Criminal Original Petition has filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that no FIR has been registered on the complaint dated 03.02.2022 sent by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.47 of 2022 for the offences under sections 294 [b], 324 and 506[ii] of IPC.

4. Such being the position, blanket Order not to harass cannot be granted. If such a prayer is acceded, it will amount to granting bail to the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crimnal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
