ORDER
The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet, is suo-motu impleaded as the 5th respondent in this writ petition. 2.
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the impleaded 5th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the respondents 3 and 4 with respect to the subject property. 3.
Heard Mr.J.Kamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner
and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1, 2 and 5.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also taking note of the fact that the impleaded 5th respondent has already called for a report from the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to deal with the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.10.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
