ORDER
The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.144 of 2024 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1752 of 2025 on 05.02.2025 subject to certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner shall execute the sureties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time on the
ground that they are unable to execute the sureties and comply with the order of this Court since the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.K.Nagarajan got affected with urinary track infection and he was admitted in hospital and taken treatment as inpatient. For that reason there was a communication gap and the order could not be communicated to the petitioner. The reason given by the petitioner is acceptable.
2. In view of the same, time is extended by two weeks for execution of surety bonds.
