Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6631 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6631 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
