ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Fast Track Court (Magistrate level), Dharmapuri, to recall the non-bailable warrant issued on the petitioner concerned in STC.No.118 of 2011, on the same day

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. Since the petitioners are facing prosecution under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, which is a bailable one, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court and furnish a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with an undertaking that they will participate in the trial and appear before the Court on all dates. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
