O R D E R

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.9 of 2023 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23058 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioners shall execute the sureties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking extension of time on the ground that they are unable to execute the sureties and comply with the order of this Court since the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.K.Nagarajan got affected with urinary track infection and he was admitted in hospital and taken treatment as inpatient. For that reason there was a communication gap and the order could not be communicated to the petitioner. The reason given by the petitioner is acceptable.

2. In view of the same, time is extended by two weeks for execution of surety bonds.
