Mr.Heeroon Rasheed, former employee of the plaintiff was a witness (PW1) in the suit. Before the completion of his cross-examination, it appears that the said witness has resigned from the plaintiff Company.

The plaintiff could not secure his presence for the completion of examination of the witness and therefore, has filed this application to issue subpeona to Mr.Heeroon Rasheed, examined as PW1 and not yet discharged.

2.Considering the reason stated, this application is allowed.

3.Issue subpeona to Mr.Heeroon Rasheed, L20A, Bharath Dasan Colony, K.K.Nagar, Chennai 600 078, for appearance before the learned Additional Master I on 23.08.2021.
