This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2017 pending before the I- Family court, Chennai to Sub Court, Devakottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the case in HMOP No.210 of 2017 pending before the I Family Court, Chennai to Sub Court, Devakottai provided his appearance may be dispensed with for each and every hearing before Sub Court, Devakottai. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of I Family Court, Chennai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai. The Presiding Officer, I Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The appearance of the respondent before Sub Court, Devakottai is dispensed with. The respondent shall appear before the Trial Court, as and when directed by the Trial Court .

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
