With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Though the writ petition is filed to quash the charge memo, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings relating to the charge memo, Tha.Ko.No.Tha.Pi(54/2015), impugned in this writ petition and pass final orders within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the narrow prayer sought for by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the disciplinary enquiry and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
