Though the matter is not listed today, on the request being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the morning, we permitted the petitioner's counsel to inform the respondents' counsel so as to enable them to make submissions in the matter. 2.Now that the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondents 3 and 6 / Corporation of Chennai, on instructions, states that there is a public well in Survey No.436 in Gurusanthi Nagar, which may be maintained by the Corporation. The said statement is recorded.

3.Petition is, accordingly, closed, as no further order is required.
